On Election Day: Quotations from past Presidents

I found some really great quotes from some of our previous Presidents.

We have a responsiblity as Americans and as Christians to vote. Please be sure to vote with Biblical truths in mind as you learn of the views of candidates and make your decision.

Most of all, trust in God no matter the result of this election. He is our keeper and is taking care of us. He is always with us.

Halloween

Finally, a semi-free second. I accidentally posted the previous post. I didn't mean to post it without any words, but, I guess the pictures kinda speak for themselves. We had so much fun carving pumpkins on Friday. We took the day off of school and just did fun Halloween stuff. We made halloween necklaces, tried on our costumes and made final changes to them, carved pumpkins, then slowly got ready. We also dug through our boxes with our Halloween stuff in it. It was fun to see some of our old costumes. We had a blast carving pumpkins. Loegan and Malia both designed their own pumpkin faces free-hand. I was quite impressed!! I could never do such a good job!! The eyes on Malia's were awesome!! Loegan made a cyclops that was pretty neat too. We had a really great time!

Trick-or-treating was so fun!! First, we stopped by to see Uncle Heber and Auntie Chayo and Olivia. Olivia was so cute in her Tinkerbell outfit. She is so adorable!! Then, we met Uncle Billy, Auntie Teanne, Will, Adalynn and Tessa at Uncle Hyrum and Auntie Mary's house. We had a great time with them trick-or-treating at several houses. Then, as is our tradition, we stopped by the neighborhood that I grew up in. We went to a few houses and then surprisingly ran into a house that was having a party with lots of friends from church. We had fun seeing some friends there and then went home. It was a great night!!

Loegan was a Gladiator and Malia was The Little Mermaid. I took these few pics of the kids by themselves and then, of course, the camera battery died. It always runs out at the wrong time!! So, this is all ya get. Enjoy!
